How much does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs are based on your location and are calculated when you checkout online.

How long will it take to deliver my product?
Shipping speed may vary depending on the shipping options selected at checkout.  Generally, please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive.
Do you ship outside of the U.S?
No.  Currently our products only ship within the U.S. For wholesale inquiries or other special shipping requests, please contact us by e-mailing nurturx@gmail.com

Return Policy:
If you received a damaged product or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us (nurturx@gmail.com) within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Please ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Keep in mind the buyer is responsible for shipping fees on returns and exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order.  Please e-mail nurturx@gmail.com if you have problems with your order.

Are your beauty/topical products all natural?
Yes.  Our cruelty-free topical products are 100% plant based formulas that contain no parabens or phthalates, no artificial fragrances and no synthetic coloring.  

Are your products available anywhere else?
Our products are currently only available online.
